CAN I GET THE CARRY ME PERSONALISED?

Yes. We use a unique way to personalise your case called Inked™ by July. It allows perfect creation of your monogram on our luggage, and lasts as long as your case does. 

All personalised cases take a little longer to prepare due to the fact they are created bespoke. Expect a 3-5 day additional turnaround from order to arrival.

Please note the monogram is only available to be personalised on the bottom right side of the bag.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE CARRY ME?

A bit of warm water with detergent/soap or all-purpose spray, on a cleaning cloth and some elbow grease will get most marks off. For stubborn blemishes we recommend using a magic eraser in place of a cleaning cloth. We use the same method as we do for cleaning our cases.

CAN A CUSTOMER ORDER WITH A DIFFERENT COLOURED STRAP?

Not by default and only if a customer asks for it in-store at Collingwood HQ.
