WHAT IS THE SNAPSLEEVE MADE FROM?

Our SnapSleeve is made from toughened 1000D polyester that’s scratch-proof and resistant to water and dirt.

HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN THE SNAPSLEEVE HOLD? CAN YOU PACK IT FULL?

The SnapSleeve can securely hold up to 60kgs. It has a flat padded backing so the bulk of whatever you pack lies in front not affecting the reattachment process.

HOW EASY IS IT TO REMOVE THE SNAPSLEEVE FROM THE CASE?

The SnapSleeve is very easy to detach from the case, it snaps off by unzipping from the top and pulling on the internal tab. To snap back on, align the Fidlock Snap magnets together on the SnapSleeve and case, you’ll hear a subtle ‘click’ when it’s locked in place.

CAN YOU LOCK THE SNAPSLEEVE ZIPS?

Yes, when fully zipped up together, the two zips have an interlocking opening that can fit a small padlock or journal lock to secure the main compartment of the SnapSleeve.

WILL THE FIDLOCK SNAP MAGNETS AFFECT MY LAPTOP OR ELECTRONIC DEVICES IN ANY WAY?

Magnets, extremely strong ones, only affect tech where data is written in magnetic fields (hard drives, floppy disks). Most technology today is SSD (Solid-State Drives). Plus, you need an extremely strong magnet (dangerously strong) to really make any sort of impact on your electronic devices.

DOES THE CARRY ON PRO COME WITH AN EJECTABLE POWER BANK?

Yes, the ejectable Power Bank comes with our Carry On Pro and Carry On.

IS THE SNAPSLEEVE REPLACEABLE?

Yes, the SnapSleeve is covered our 5 year warranty for any faults that reduce the functionality of the item, such as broken zips, stitching, etc.

Lost Snapsleeves are not covered by the warranty, and replacement will need to be purchased by contacting the Customer Happiness Team.

It’s vital that you remove the Snapsleeve in the event that your Carry On Pro needs to be checked in. Please keep in mind that if left inside during check-in, airlines reserve the right to confiscate the Snapsleeve, and this will not be covered by the warranty.

HOW DO I EJECT THE POWER BANK?

Extend the Carry On Pro handle to an appropriate height where you’re able to access the Power Bank housing unit. Flip the notch to open from the housing unit and push down on the Power Bank to eject.
