HOW LONG DOES PET PERSONALISATION TAKE?

As a guide, please allow 6-8 business days for your pet personalisation to be completed (from the time you place your order, until it gets printed on your items). Note that this is dependent on the time it takes for you to approve the illustration and this timeframe does not include shipping time.

After placing your order, you will receive your pet illustration within three business days. You will then need to approve it before we can start printing these on your items - this will take 3-5 business days.

IT'S BEEN OVER THREE BUSINESS DAYS AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PET ILLUSTRATION.

If it has been over three business days since you received your order confirmation, please check your junk/spam folders as there's a chance the email has landed in there. If you still can't find it, please reach out to our Customer Support team via the contact us form.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE PETS ON MY ITEMS?

Yes - we can print a maximum of two pets per item. Just be sure to upload individual photos of your pets.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PERSONALISED ORDER?

As personalised items are custom printed or embroidered, it will add 3-5 business days* to your shipping time.

*Please note that due to high demand, bag embroidery will add 5-7 business days to your shipping time.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PERSONALISED ITEMS?

As personalisation is made to order any personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned, however they will still be covered by our product warranties.

CAN I BRING BACK MY CASE FOR PERSONALISATION AFTER PURCHASE?

Yes. Please drop your case off at our Collingwood HQ(69 Rupert St, Collingwood VIC 3066).

For any personalisation requests outside of Melbourne/Australia use the Contact Us Here form and we can arrange the process for you. If you already have a case and want it personalised and cannot get to the store to drop off, you will have to cover the shipping expenses both ways.
