HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Powerbank can be charged via USB-C and Micro USB via the input ports labelled “Recharge Me”
A USB-C cable is supplied in a mesh pouch, usually found inside the compression pad of your suitcase. Please see pictured below.
If you have spare USB-C or Micro USB cables on hand, these will also work just fine.
- The power bank supports fast-charging via the orange port.
- The black port supports regular charging.
The July Power Bank is a 37WH lithium-polymer battery. The 10,000 mAh battery has one USB-C, one Micro USB and two USB ports that can charge your phone and your laptop simultaneously. It ejects from the case in order to be compliant with airline flight regulations and allows for easy transportation should you want to use it for anything else.
It complies with all regulations from individual airlines, and the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), International Air Transport Association (IATA), and Department of Infrastructure: Aviation (DOI). Each battery also includes its own QuickCharge charging cable (Type C to USB A compatible with any USB wall plug).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FULLY CHARGE?
It’s extremely quick, charging from empty to full in under 3 hours with our QuickCharge charging cable (Type C to USB A) that comes with the Power Bank.
HOW DO I EJECT THE POWER BANK?
It’s vital that you eject the Powerbank in the event that your Carry On luggage needs to be checked in. To eject the Power Bank, simply extend the handle to an appropriate height where you’re able to access the housing unit. Flip the notch to open the hatch and push down on the Powerbank to eject it.
Please keep in mind that if left inside during check-in, airlines reserve the right to confiscate the Power Bank due to safety regulations, and this will not be covered by the lifetime warranty.
