Returning for MonogrammingUpdated 2 years ago

BRAND NEW ITEMS.

Occasionally a customer may contact us advising that their item was supposed to be monogrammed, but this may not be reflected in the original orders. This can usually happen if the customer did not save their monogram details when completing their purchase.

Should this occur, kindly direct the customer to the return process and they may re-order to avoid any further delay. We can then proceed with refunding them when the returned item arrives.

Alternatively, this can be processed as an exchange if you request the details for monogramming from the customer.

USED ITEMS (AU Only).

If customers would like to return a used item for personalisation, we can facilitate this for a fee starting from $50.00 (to cover postage cost of returning the item to HQ and re-dispatching).

Depending on whether there is an active free personalisation promotion, they will also need to be charged an additional fee for the monogram.
