When is your next sale?

As a direct-to-consumer company, we pride ourselves on offering our customers high-quality products at fair prices all year round. Unlike traditional retailers, we don't have a middleman or physical storefronts, which means we can keep our costs low and pass those savings on to our customers.

By not offering sales or discounts, we can focus on providing our customers with the best possible products at a fair price every day. We believe that our customers deserve transparency and consistency in pricing, and we deliver on that promise.

Although, while July does not offer special sales, various promotions are run throughout the year to incentivise customers to purchase our products.

Bundle & Save

To provide the best opportunity for our customers to experience a range of our products, certain items are eligible for a bundle discount when paired together. To claim this discount, customers can add products from different categories into their cart and if eligible, the discount will apply automatically. Alternatively, customers may select a pre-set bundle from our "Sets" section.

For example, Carry On Classic can be bundled with a Carry All Backpack for a saving of $35.00.

To see what items are eligible for bundling, customers can select "Set and Save" next to the add to cart button.

Conversely, discounts do not apply to multiple quantities of the same item.

For example, orders for 2 Checked Plus cases do not qualify for a bundle discount.

Please note that Bundle & Save does not include the Everyday Tote Collection and Accessories.

Free Personalisation

Personalisation is a quintessential part of the July experience. By offering free personalisation throughout the year, customers are given the opportunity to purchase products that are made especially for them.

If placing their first order, they may be eligible for a discount for free personalisation. Feel free to provide the customer with code "HEYTHATSMINE" and this will remove the cost of monogramming at checkout.

Flight Crew Discounts

We love our Airline staff and so they are often eligible for a flight crew discount. See here to learn about the process of verifying ID and providing the discount.

Military and Special Services

We unfortunately do not offer discounts for military and special services sector at this stage.
