Our Jakarta store (Plaza Indonesia) is <strong>in-store purchase only</strong> — there is no online shipping option for Indonesia at this time. Warranty coverage for items purchased in-store in Jakarta is the same as any other direct July purchase (see Warranty Policies) — there is nothing different to action for these customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Other countries</strong></p><p>For any country outside our regular online shipping regions (Australia, United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Canada), advise the customer to reach out via our Contact Us form so the team can confirm whether shipping can be arranged.</p>
