Where do our UK orders ship from?

July has partnered with a 3PL (warehouse) called Airbox based in Leighton Buzzard, UK. We don't communicate this with our customers though can let them know that our UK orders are being shipped in this region.

Do we do Personalisation in UK?

Yes! July does both suitcase personalisation and embroidery in the UK.

What is the timeframe for UK orders?

Standard: Same Day Fulfilment / Next Day Delivery

Personalisation: 1-3 Business Day Fulfilment / Next Day Delivery

Yes but it will cost them - our Europe shipping will cost then around 40-60 pound depending on location
