What time does our UK warehouse stop fulfilling?

Our UK warehouse will usually stop dispatching around 9pm though carrier pick ups may differ. 

How do we contact the UK warehouse?

There's two ways to best contact Airbox in regards to orders, personalisation.

1 - Email our Account Rep Dylan - [email protected] or Josh if Dylan isn't available - [email protected]

2 - Urgent requests can be put through the July x Airbox Whatsapp group.

When can't we make changes / edits through Airbox?

First rule - all order changes / requests by customer need to be within 6-12 hour period. From there, we can't change / cancel orders.

Redirect / Return to Sender: If a customer requests to return or direct a parcel, please send details to Dylan or Josh who will forward this onto the carrier.
