Zips won't stay locked.Updated 3 months ago

Cause

This issue typically occurs when the the two sides of the case are misaligned, causing difficulty for the zipper tags to engage with the lock.

Solution

Ensuring the two sides of the case are in alignment, so that the zippers are able to lay flat against the case when they are engaged with the lock.

Phrasing

We have designed our zips to sit as flat as possible against the lock. This is to ensure they don't catch on anything during transit and cause significant damage to the case.

All you'll need to do is either hold up or press on down the opposite side of the case to align with the tabs with the lock. It may also help to lay your suitcase, flat on an elevated surface in case you need to move the shell.

As you continue to pack, the issue will fix itself, as the polycarbonate shell will adjust to your packing style over time.
