July's customer service is provided by utilizing a range of different software, processes and communications though all with the same goal.

Gorgias is our customer service platform for all online and social enquiries.
Shopify - http://admin.shopify.com
Shopify is our Ecommerce platform for all online and retail orders. This is used for checking, refunding, editing or canceling orders.
JIFI - https://jifi.july.com/
JIFI is our in-house built operational platform for all orders. This also includes inventory, upcoming containers, order management and other back end features.
Slack
This our main avenue of internal communication. Team Chats and Topic Channels, are all found via Slack.
Aircall
Aircall is the online phone system that manages all phone queries via our Australian stores and Customer Service Team.

WMS is the order management system that we use for orders fulfilled via Airbox, our 3PL in the United Kingdom.

Loop Returns is our system of choice for managing customer returns. From here, we are able to issues, refunds and exchanges for returned orders in Australia, United Kingdom and United States.
