We receive daily instagram DM's from influencers wanting to collaborate so it's important that these messages are addressed and actioned by the marketing team.
For the CX Agent, all you need to do is the following:
- Assign the ticket to Ashleigh
From here the ticket will be placed in the Influencer section and CX can move on.
This process is similar for enquires based around Corporate gifting. CX needs to make sure the correct team handles this.
