While this is often found using the tools, sometimes our customers just need a bit of help finding the information that is already available online.

This will be the ultimate source for product information such as features and specifications. While all the information is readily available online, 

External Help Centres

Each regional website is paired with it's own Help Centre which is similarly formatted to our own Internal Help Centre. For an easy way to find region specific information, head to the appropriate Help Centres.

Other Agents

We're all here to help! If unsure of how to deal with a particular ticket, be sure to check in with your fellow agents and if escalation is necessary, the CX Lead's are also able to assist.
