JIFI can be a little TRICKY!
JIFI has a few little quirks that may cause some minor hiccups along the way. See below on how to amend these items.
Address won't change (NZ).
If amending an address in New Zealand, you may find that the address may not fully correct after submitting the changes.
To remedy this, change the region to another, and back to the original correct region and this should submit the changes successfully.
Order won't cancel.
If an order will not cancel, try refreshing the fulfilment status.
Once refreshed, try cancelling the order and this should cancel the order accordingly.
Don't forget to unflag once it's cancelled!
Monogram Details Won't Submit.
Sometimes adding a personalised item to an order will fail with no feedback as to why. To rectify this, try adding the item as unpersonalised. Once the item has been added, edit it and change it to personalised, and adding the required details.
This should then save successfully.
