WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that we currently do not offer express shipping to New Zealand. 

While we do our best to have your order delivered within the listed timeframes above, we're not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. During periods of high shipping demand such as Christmas, couriers may experience delays depending on location out of our control. We're constantly working with them to have orders arrive within the given timeframe. 

Please note that your order may be delivered separately. You can keep up to date with delivery times via the tracking link sent to you.

For international delivery - timelines will vary country to country, beginning from as little as 3 days. Please email the July Customer Happiness team ([email protected]) to get a more accurate estimate for your destination.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For orders above $100, standard shipping is free to New Zealand, Australia and the United States.

For orders under $100, standard shipping is $15 to New Zealand, Australia and the United States.

All other countries have varying shipping costs. Please add your address in the shipping section to determine your accurate shipping rate. 

For countries other than Australia, the United States and New Zealand, the amount displayed on the website is the customs value of the purchase made by you, and does not include local tax and customs duties. We do not cover any applicable import tax and customs duties.
