Understanding SKU’s

Each one of our products is identified by a SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) number, while it can be a little tricky at first to understand how our SKU’s are formulated, they are a breeze once you’re familiar with this.

It’s important to familiarize yourself with these numbers so that you can provide accurate information when responding to stock queries from customers.

Most SKUs are formulated based on the following template. As July’s product offerings expand, newer SKU’s are created but most often follow the below formula.

RANGE-PRODUCT-COLOUR

For example; Carry On Light, Forest is identified by the SKU: LGT-CO3-FOR

LGT(Range)-CO3(Product)-FOR(Colour)
